I bought this mini-garden set over a year ago and it's just been sitting in a closet this whole time. This is day one of the grow-a-thon. The directions say that you should see sprouts in 1-2 days. I will keep a daily log of the progress (maybe this will finally get me to be a regular blogger).

Yes; everything is always about food ! It is an herb garden of cress, lettuce, mustard and one other thing that I can't seem to remember at the moment.
